Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Quiet Deadline collects, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Public FCC records. Information companies have filed publicly with the FCC, such as Robocall Mitigation Database filings and the business contacts listed in them.
- Order details. Your name, business name, email address and the RMD number you enter at checkout. Card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see your full card number.
- Free check requests. The RMD number and the email address you enter for a free filing check, and when you asked.
- Questionnaire answers. If you buy the CPNI Certification or the March 1 Bundle, your answers about how your company handles customer information, which we use to draft your CPNI certification.
- Feedback. What you tell us on our feedback form, and whether we may quote it.
- Emails. Messages you send us and our replies.
How we use it
- To prepare and deliver your documents and free check results, and to file your signed CPNI certification if you ask us to.
- If you ask for a free check, to send you up to two reminders about the March 1 filings before the deadline. Each has an unsubscribe link.
- After an order, to ask once how your documents worked for you.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds.
- To email business contacts listed in public FCC filings about upcoming filing deadlines. Every such email identifies us and includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribes permanently. Why you got an email from us explains more.
- To keep the records required for accounting and taxes.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with Stripe to process payments, with the FCC when you ask us to file your CPNI certification (a filing in ECFS is public), with service providers that host our website and records, deliver our email, process our online forms and help us read public filings (an AI model provider receives only public FCC filing information for that, and the text of replies to our emails so we can answer them), and when the law requires it.
This website
This website doesn't use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics that follow you across sites.
How long we keep it
- Free check requests: one year, then deleted.
- Orders, questionnaire answers and the documents we prepared: three years after the filing they relate to, so you can ask us for a copy and we can meet tax and accounting requirements, then deleted.
- Addresses that unsubscribe: kept on a do-not-email list for as long as we send email, so we never email them again.
- Feedback: until you ask us to remove it. We quote it only if you said we may, and only in the way you chose.
You can ask us to delete your questionnaire answers or feedback sooner.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, and you can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].
